Change of Mind
Due to the nature of card and party games, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damage or fault
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer:
• A replacement, or
• A refund (at our discretion)
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.
Sale Items
Sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds unless faulty.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
